Like the all of our sausages, we use only natural skins to make our chilli sausages. It is exactly the same recipe as the traditional sausages, with delicious chilli willi sauce added. Minimum Weight - 454g
Chilli Sausage and Sweetcorn Hash Ingredients (serves 4):
1 tbsp olive oil 400g chilli sausages 700g new potatoes cut into chunks 165g can of sweetcorn, drained 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander 226g jar spicy tomato salsa
Method: Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Cut the sausages into bite size chunks and fry in the oil until just cooked, about 10 mins. Meanwhile, bring a large pan of salted water to the boil, add the potatoes and cook for 8-10 mins. Drain well. Tip the potatoes into the frying pan, season and fry until they take on a bit of colour. Stir in the sweetcorn and heat through. Season. To finish the dish sprinkle with coriander and drizzle some salsa over and enjoy!
