Only the best Northern Irish minced steak goes into our lasagne. The mince is cooked with ripe tomatoes, mushrooms, celery, carrots, onion and herbs to make an authentic Bolognese sauce. It is then topped with our handmade white sauce, pasta and cheese to make a delicious meal.
